We seldom have any ice and snow in South Texas, but my wife and now my step-son have put just about 54000 miles on these tires that came on their '05 Liberty - and they're still not quite worn down to the wear strips. They've handled the highways and streets - wet and dry - very capably, and even done some light off-roading. We've rotated and re-balanced the tires occasionally, and for a tire with a 340 treadwear rating I think they've done a fine job.
